Synopsis

Alone in the grim aftermath of the Tate murders, Shafe is assailed by the ghosts of his past. As Manson pursues the elusive Emma, he finds himself drawn to the unsettling presence of Hodiak. Elsewhere, Ken Karn pushes the boundaries of diplomacy in a bid for international accord.
