Synopsis

Tony journeys through the cities of New York’s Hudson Valley, often with food writer Michael Ruhlman as his companion. He indulges in local crab, revisits his former school, The Culinary Institute of America, and the Mohonk Mountain House. A lunch with actor Bill Murray in Yonkers is also on the itinerary. Most significantly, he encounters Sierra, the ten-year-old daughter of Michael Pardus, a meeting that promises to be his greatest challenge.
