Synopsis

In Manila, the Philippines' bustling second-largest and most celebrated city, Anthony Bourdain seeks out culinary experiences. He connects with travel writer and fellow gourmand Claude Tayag for a meal of authentic Pampangan seafood. Afterward, in Cebu City, Bourdain joins forces with Augusto, who was a finalist in the "No Reservations" FAN-atic Special casting.
