More at home in the Malaysian jungle and London's back alleys than in the periphery of his native Manhattan, Tony Bourdain convenes a group of local guides to chart a course through New York’s overlooked boroughs. He ventures to Queens with chefs Chris Cheung and David Chang; Staten Island is explored with David Johansen, the iconic frontman of the New York Dolls; and Brooklyn and the Bronx are covered in the company of his friend, Famous Fat Dave.
