Synopsis

Mr. Plotz engaged a clown – a performer reminiscent of Jerry Lewis’s Mr. Director, both in appearance and manner – to entertain at Wakko's birthday party. However, he soon discovered from Dr. Scratchansniff that Wakko shared his own deep-seated fear of clowns, an unfortunate revelation leading to the entertainer being rather roughly handled. The incident has since gained a peculiar sort of notoriety online.
