Synopsis

During a Jeopardy! round in Miss Flamiel’s class, Wakko was challenged to identify all fifty states and their capitals. However, rather than phrasing his response as a question, he delivered his answer as a song, cheerfully set to the melody of “Turkey in the Straw.”
