Synopsis

With hopeful hearts, Rita and Runt secreted themselves aboard a vessel bound for Florida; however, their journey took an unexpected turn, depositing them instead in the stark beauty of the Arctic. It was there, amidst the ice and snow, that they made a most peculiar acquaintance: none other than Ross Perot.
