Synopsis

As pressure mounts from the head of Animal Control, Emily finds herself in a difficult position. Meanwhile, Frank and Shred must finally manage to capture the slippery escaped penguin, Oreo. Elsewhere, Victoria and Patel undertake a delicate mission: transporting a dog across the border into Canada.
