Synopsis

When a former acquaintance of Beka's is apprehended on a world where deception is impossible, the crew of the Andromeda must intervene. Beka’s repeated attempts at diplomacy prove fruitless, so she orchestrates a daring rescue, leading the suspect to the ship and then to safety aboard the Andromeda. As the truth begins to surface, it becomes clear that the situation is far more complex than it initially appeared.
