Synopsis

Dylan's premonition is rarely wrong, and so it is when he receives an invitation to the unveiling of the Commonwealth's first vessel in three centuries. The celebratory atmosphere shatters with a violent explosion, and sabotage is immediately suspected. As Dylan and his crew begin their investigation, they are confronted by a host of potential culprits, all while battling a ruthless and fanatical faction.
