Synopsis

The White House has long maintained it possesses no information regarding extraterrestrial visitation to Earth. Yet, accounts of presidential encounters with unidentified flying objects and other anomalous occurrences stretch back to the time of George Washington. Could it be that beings from beyond our world have been observing—and perhaps even guiding—the leaders of the United States?
