Within a Chinese cave, hundreds of peculiar discs have been unearthed, seemingly depicting an ancient extraterrestrial impact on Earth. Following the public reveal of these artifacts, the Chinese government seized them, labeling them a fabrication. Yet, could this be the case? Across cultures and throughout history, tales persist of potent, disc-shaped objects. The Babylonians revered a disk as a representation of their principal deity. The Incan ruler Pachacuti credited his ascent to power with
