Synopsis

Rumors persist that Dave’s two-story farmhouse in upstate New York is haunted by unusual antiques. Inside, Dennis has amassed a remarkable collection: rare toys and a pristine set of vintage Beatles bobbleheads. John, eager to clear the cluttered property, finds his efforts stymied by the shrewd negotiations of his eleven-year-old assistant.
