Synopsis

A brilliant but increasingly erratic spine surgeon, burdened by crippling debt and whispered rumors of substance abuse, leaves a trail of devastating errors—maiming some patients, costing others their lives. With superiors unwilling or unable to intervene, the responsibility ultimately falls to two fellow surgeons to confront the unfolding crisis.
