Synopsis

The German American Bund, a pro-Nazi organization with numerous chapters nationwide during the 1930s, is viewed by many as a significant threat of fascist subversion within the United States. The group staged joint rallies with the Ku Klux Klan and operated summer camps for children, where Nazi ideology and imagery were central. These camps skillfully combined patriotic appeals with deeply ingrained anti-Semitism.
