Synopsis

The year was 1836. Fifteen-year-old messenger Jobe H. Farnum faced imminent death amidst the siege of the Alamo on the morning of March 6th. But fate intervened, and he was thrust into the future, arriving in San Antonio in 1985. The vibrant, bewildering world of the 1980s proved an overwhelming shock to the young man. He was ill-equipped to navigate its complexities, and the era’s excesses ultimately consumed him.
