Synopsis

Detective Kennex’s old friend from the force undertakes an undercover assignment, assuming the guise of a cook for a potent street drug known as "The Bends." However, his identity is compromised. As the full extent of the demanding drug investigation becomes clear, Kennex and Dorian turn to Rudy Lom for help.
