Synopsis

When Susie is selected to sing at a grand parade in New York City, the Rugrats, along with their mothers, embark on a cross-country journey! Can Betty’s aging motor home withstand the trip and allow them to experience all the sights along the way, from the world's largest ball of yarn? Will Tommy and his friends suffer from withdrawal without their video games and television? And will Chuckie finally find the courage for a kiss?
