Synopsis

Determined to capture the attention of Nicole, one of the school's most admired girls, Chuckie fabricates a new persona: "Chongo." Nicole immediately takes notice of this fabricated identity, unaware of its true origins. However, Phil and, most notably, Tommy are far from amused by Chuckie's deception.
