Synopsis

Tommy, Chuckie, Kimi, Phil, and Lil were determined to save enough money to see their favorite band, The Sulky Boys, in concert. However, they were far from their goal. Their fortunes shifted when Dil proposed selling his latest invention: the "belt-aquarium," designed for his new fish, Pablo.
