Synopsis

A shadow fell across the room, and with it, a sudden stillness. The guest, who had been mid-sentence, paused, a flicker of unease in their eyes. It wasn’t a sound, not exactly, but a feeling – a prickling awareness that something was amiss. A sense of being watched, perhaps, or a subtle shift in the atmosphere that spoke of unseen presences.
