Synopsis

The house wouldn't sell. Not because of its charm, nor its location, but because of Alf. He had a knack for spectral theatrics, conjuring phantasmal figures that sent prospective buyers fleeing in terror. Each ghostly apparition, each fabricated haunting, chipped away at the sale, leaving the house stubbornly vacant and the owner increasingly exasperated.
