Synopsis

The girls awaited their audition for the play, *Naughty Detectives*, a shared anticipation tinged with a subtle rivalry with classmate Shion Kamiya. News arrived of two roles for which they would compete. Shion, in response, altered her appearance with a short haircut, aiming for a masculine portrayal of a detective. As Aoi’s nerves began to fray, Orihime offered her and Ichigo words of encouragement.
