Synopsis

Jacob, a former member of a traveling storytelling troupe, returns to Abbott Elementary for a day of lessons and laughter. He's eager to share this chapter of his life with his colleagues, but discovers they view the troupe's performances as overly sentimental. Seeing his disappointment, Janine endeavors to help him embrace his passion. Separately, Melissa navigates the challenges of her newly formed second and third-grade classroom.
