Synopsis

The group accompanied Scooby on a visit to his parents' home. There, Scooby's parents presented him with a cherished heirloom – a distinctive collar. All appeared well until the spectral form of a long-deceased dogcatcher materialized. This figure, who had been apprehended for attempting to steal the very collar from a young Scooby years ago, returned to complete his unfinished business.
