Synopsis

At the Coolsville comic book convention, Scooby and Shaggy encountered word that a mutual friend had been holding a special surprise for them – a first edition of Commander Cool’s iconic comic. Their excitement quickly turned to peril when an adversary of the celebrated hero arrived, intent on pilfering the valuable book.
