Synopsis

Whitley faced persistent and unwelcome advances from one of her superiors. When she declined his dinner invitation, he subtly threatened to withhold approval for a purchase she’d championed. She firmly rebuked him and resolved not to lodge a formal complaint. In retaliation, Mr. Holtworth reported to his own superior that Whitley was the one harassing *him*.
