Synopsis

Freddie formed a friendship with Alex, an eight-year-old boy living in foster care who frequented the community center. She witnessed his distress after he attended an adoption fair, observing how prospective parents overlooked him, drawn instead to infants and toddlers. Professor Randolph addressed the challenges faced by children in the foster system, but Freddie challenged his sincerity when he stated that he and his wife would only consider adopting a baby.
