Synopsis

A boy is injured in a car accident and Frank is having trouble finding the driver responsible. Matt's day doesn't start too well when he gets a visit from the taxation department. A woman has a difficult decision to make when her young son dies. Cathy and Matt do battle with a crotchety old man.
