Synopsis

The Daihasei Festival of Academy City draws nearer, and the festival’s organizing committee faces a significant task: securing at least two Level 5 students to take the athlete’s pledge during the opening ceremonies. Yet, attracting volunteers proves unexpectedly difficult.
