Synopsis

Upon learning Misaka's identity, Mugino resolves to challenge her for the third position in ranking. Meanwhile, Frenda inadvertently leaves her doll-bombs behind as she departs for the other facility. Misaka recovers these devices and employs them to bolster her weakened abilities.
