The Santa Ana winds often usher in a peculiar assortment of emergencies, and today is no exception. At Station 118, a family dog has returned with a severed hand, while a young woman has sleep-driven her vehicle directly into the station. Bobby is consumed with concern for his AA sponsor. Denny seeks answers from Hen and Karen regarding his biological parents. Chimney believes he has discovered the ideal home for himself and Maddie.
