Synopsis

The 118 raced to the scene of a disaster: a building collapse at a "happiness convention," leaving people trapped beneath the debris. Simultaneously, Athena, on a video call with her mother, watched as her father suffered a stroke and collapsed through the wall of his home. Meanwhile, Hen struggled under the weight of demanding test preparations and her burgeoning responsibilities at the firehouse, while Maddie worked to guide a new recruit through the complexities of the dispatch center.
