Synopsis

The sirens of Athena and the 118 sliced through the air as they raced to the scene of a devastating freeway pile-up caused by a driver under the influence. The aftermath was grim, and the team sprang into action to pull survivors from the wreckage. Simultaneously, Maddie found herself in labor, while at Station 19, Hen and Karen wrestled with the emotional complexities of preparing their foster daughter, Nia, for a reunion with her biological mother.
