Synopsis

On Halloween night, Athena and the 118 faced a series of unsettling emergencies. A field trip was besieged by a menacing flock of crows; an office worker encountered a disturbing, eight-limbed being; and a spectral girl drifted through the quiet streets of a neighborhood. The calls were bizarre, each one demanding a unique and perplexing response.
