Synopsis

Greg Mortenson, author of inspiring bestsellers such as "Three Cups of Tea," has nonetheless faced questions regarding the veracity of his narratives. "Gospel for Teens" follows Lesley Stahl over a year as she documents the work of an influential figure leading a gospel music program for teenagers in Harlem. The film chronicles the students' journey as they learn this uniquely American musical tradition, cultivating both confidence and character through its powerful expression.
