Synopsis

The inmates of the Fulton County Jail face a relentless pressure. A recent flood in the South Annex has compounded existing difficulties with fellow prisoners, and simmering tensions over respect threaten to overwhelm them. The cumulative effect pushes the individuals there to the very edge of despair.
