Synopsis

In the city of Seattle, a woman is found murdered just beyond the boundaries of a notorious homeless encampment, locally known as "The Jungle." Detective Cloyd Steiger, sifting through a series of misleading clues, begins to perceive a connection between the victim's death and two previous unsolved homicides. This realization ignites a city-wide pursuit, as authorities suspect they are now tracking a serial killer.
