Synopsis

The community of Tacoma was gripped by fear when thirteen-year-old Jennifer Bastian vanished and was found murdered in August of 1986. It was the second such tragedy to befall a young girl in the preceding five months, fueling a widespread sense of dread. Believing a predator stalked their streets, law enforcement initiated an investigation that would span three decades.
