Synopsis

In the vicinity of the infamous hanging tree, the dismembered remains of Timothy Coggins were discovered in late 1983. The ensuing investigation stalled, the case remaining dormant for more than three decades, until a newly elected sheriff pledged to pursue justice for the victim.
