Synopsis

In the spring of 1992, an unidentified assailant spread devastation across the Midwest, striking at retail establishments along Interstate 70, the vital east-west artery threading through the region. Six people perished in a series of attacks stretching from Indianapolis to Wichita, Kansas. A composite sketch of the suspect emerged from witness testimonies, yet law enforcement remained stymied… until a single victim survived.
