Synopsis

The 1960s and 70s witnessed a chilling pattern: a serial killer preyed on young women in New Jersey, while in New York City, three women met particularly brutal ends. The authorities, and the public alike, remained unaware that a single man was responsible for these horrific acts – a man who, on the surface, appeared to be nothing more than an ordinary father of three.
