Synopsis

The scandal surrounding the waste disposal has forced the mayor's resignation, and snap elections are anticipated. Carlo can no longer delay. He is besieged by journalists, the President of the Region, his Producer, the Screenwriter, and by Annamaria, his twenty-year-old housekeeper, who has just resigned, as well as by Magdalene, who refuses to answer his calls. Exhausted, Carlo seeks refuge in a monastery, where he encounters Morgan, a musician deeply depressed by a recent experience of being
