Synopsis

Amidst the displays at Antonello Venditti’s exhibition, Carlo finds himself locked in a familiar dispute with his son Giovanni. Giovanni accuses him of a debilitating inability to refuse anyone. The truth is, Carlo is paralyzed by indecision regarding the mayoral candidacy; he cannot extricate himself from Chicco, his daughter's companion, nor halt the relentless stream of messages and calls from Erminia, a woman battling a terminal illness who seems determined to plague him.
