Synopsis

The darkness of midnight cloaked the scene when Delvin "Buckii" Meadows was fatally shot in his neighbor's yard. As law enforcement initiated their investigation, it was the testimony of witnesses that ultimately suggested a path toward identifying Delvin’s killer.
