Synopsis

At a hospital, a grim pattern emerges: vulnerable and terminally ill patients are dying, their deaths meticulously disguised as natural causes. Sherlock Holmes is tasked with uncovering the truth behind these suspicious occurrences. Concurrently, he gains further insight into Joan’s recent choice to abandon her promising career in surgery.
