Synopsis

A simmering anger held Parvati toward Daruka, a consequence of the boon's improper use. She urged Daruka to seek absolution from Mahadev. Meanwhile, as Mahadev consecrated the Nageshwar Jyotirlinga, Ganesha learned of Ashok Sundari’s penance, undertaken to win Nahush as a husband. He journeyed to Nahush's palace with the proposal, only to be met with scorn and insult.
