Synopsis

A wave of despair crashed over Parvati as Mahadev delivered the fatal blow to her son, Vinayak. Grief swiftly hardened into incandescent rage; she began to unravel the very fabric of existence. Mahadev, witnessing her devastation, could only offer the grim truth that his power was not enough to restore Vinayak to life. In a desperate act of compassion, he affixed the head of an elephant to Vinayak's body.
