Synopsis

Mahishasura, in a fit of defiance, offended Parvati, who was consumed by righteous anger. She transformed into Mahishasura Mardini and vanquished him. Afterward, she offered a humble apology to Mahadev for her actions. In response, Mahadev, Brahma, Vishnu, Lakshmi, and Narad Muni lauded her valor.
