Synopsis

Kartikay, emboldened by a burgeoning arrogance regarding his abilities, dared to challenge Mahadev to battle. A ripple of unease spread through the ranks of Indradev and the assembled deities. Simultaneously, Tarakasur delved into deep meditation. They pleaded with Brahma to withhold any boons from the demon, but their entreaties fell on deaf ears; Brahma remained unmoved.
